Are you passionate about clean energy and connecting with people? Sol-Up, Nevadaโ€™s premier solar energy provider, is seeking enthusiastic and driven Energy Ambassadors (Lead Generator) to join our growing team.

This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to engage with potential clients both at the iconic Marianas Supermarket and through our exclusive partnership with the Las Vegas Aviators baseball team. You'll have the chance to generate high-quality leads right out of the ballparkโ€”literallyโ€”by interacting with fans and event attendees in a lively and energetic environment.

Potential Income: $50,000โ€“$100,000 annually (Hourly + Commission)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with potential customers at retail, event, and sports venues to educate them about Sol-Upโ€™s solar energy solutions.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for solar consultations.
  • Represent the Sol-Up brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Maintain a positive, team-focused attitude while achieving individual performance goals.
  • Collaborate with fellow ambassadors and team leaders to refine strategy and outreach techniques.
  • Follow all safety standards, legal compliance guidelines, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evening events.
  • Ability to walk, stand, and engage customers for extended periods.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Physical Requirements:

  • Lift up to 30 pounds unassisted.
  • Comfortably work indoors and outdoors in varying environmental conditions (heat, noise, crowds, etc.).
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stretch, and kneel for prolonged periods.4

Schedule:

  • Full-time: 40 hours/week (based on business demand)
  • Part-time: Thursdayโ€“Sunday shifts available
