Job description

Summary of Position:
Responsible for data entry in maintenance software system. Reviews and ensures that data being entered into system is complete and compliant with maintenance processes. Maintains proper asset data within the maintenance system. Communicates with District Maintenance Coordinator to assist with SM scheduling, 3rd party request and welding projects and to ensure that 3rd party maintenance is properly recorded in maintenance system. Assist DMC with major component management and proper completion of MC work orders.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Must be willing to move to and live within the assigned district. (Not a Rotational Position)
  • Basic understanding of Frac operations and theory.
  • Possesses good communication skills.
  • Processes maintenance forms and verifies their proper completion.
  • Understanding of computers and Microsoft based programs.
  • Follows all safety processes and procedures.
  • Must not have received any write-up within the past year.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Reviews maintenance work orders for proper completion.
  • Ensures complete data entry into maintenance system, including work done by 3rd parties.
  • Collaborates with DMC with reviewing and completing Major Component work orders.
  • Uploads maintenance inspections, DOT forms, etc.. into maintenance software system.
  • Coordinates with scheduling field SM's.
  • Performs on-going training of technicians related to maintenance software procedures.
  • Builds and maintains spreadsheets for active maintenance campaigns.
  • Adds new equipment assets into the maintenance software.
  • Records and maintains correct asset information in the maintenance software (VIN, Engine, Transmission and Power End serial numbers).
  • Ability to identify Liberty equipment by name and have a basic understanding of its operation and purpose.
  • Understands the different types of SM services and when they are performed.
  • Good understanding of all the standard operating procedures required in the Maintenance department (Inspection forms, OC inspection forms, Equipment inspection form, etc..).
