SonSoft is an IT Staffing and consulting firm and duly organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Georgia. We are growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.

Job Description
  • At least 7 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks
  • At least 7 years experience of Core Java, J2EE applications.
  • At least 7 years experience in Websphere (WAS) configuration commands (performance tuning related)
  • At least 7 years experience in Performance Tuning of Complex web applications, Service Oriented Architecture (especially SOAP Web Services),
  • At least 7 years expereience in RDBMS and SQL tuning, JVM Heap/memory, Thread Dump, Network latency analysis
  • URL profiling using F12 (browser debugger) tools.
  • At least 7 years experience in doing deep dive analysis of Code and Configuration to identify tuning opportunities, propose and code solutions (expertise in APM tools like dynaTrace will be an added advantage)
  • Capable of setting up performance related processes/guidelines including onboarding technology teams to these processes/guidelines.
  • Quick learner to pick up framework of proprietary Policy Admin System (Java based) to identify and resolve performance issues.
  • should have knowledge and able to suggest performance improvement through server virtualization, other techniques that are cost efficient.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project execution.
  • Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural stand point.
  • At least 7 years of experience in thought leadership, white papers and leadership/mentoring of staff and internal consulting teams.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 7 years of experience with Java technologies.
