The Administrative Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls and emails to address concerns, questions, and service needs. This role requires providing accurate, efficient, and solution-oriented responses that leave customers feeling supported and valued. The representative practices active listening to confirm information and calmly de-escalate frustrated or upset callers. Proficiency with company software, databases, and tools is essential for accurately and professionally documenting customer interactions. Additionally, this position coordinates with service technicians to ensure timely resolution of maintenance needs at customer locations.
