Position: Lead I - Software Testing
Location:Aliso Viejo, CA

Job Description :
  • Lead I - Software Testing( 8-12 years Lead QE activities for the designated domain
  • Plan and drive in-sprint testing, automation execution, and release sign-off
  • Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases
  • Design and develop automation scripts using Selenium (Java)/Playwright (Typescript), Appium and REST API frameworks
  • Use AI assisted testing solutions to accelerate the testing tasks (test generation, smart test selection, failure insights, self healing concepts)
  • Follow QE standards, processes, and continuous improvement practices
  • Manage test execution on cloud platforms like Lambda, Test grid, SauceLabs etc. for faster feedback and scalability
  • Validate end-to-end system integrations, data flows, and downstream impacts across enterprise systems
  • Enable CI/CD pipeline integration and continuous quality gates
  • Track quality metrics, risks, and readiness for production rollout
  • Collaborate with Dev, Product, and Business teams to align testing with Corporate and financial workflows
  • Ensure defect prevention, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
