IT Intern - AI/Software (Fall Intern): Ideally drive aspects of AI product and governance initiatives in addition to broader participation with IT Department daily duties.

What you will do:
  • Enhancement of an early-stage SharePoint based, AI Agent - including program governance and creation of end user - instructions / guides
  • Refurbish used computers and servers for future use, reconfigure video distribution system
  • Imaging laptops for initial use
  • Software Process Alignment testing
  • Computer entry support for projects
  • Inventory IT stockroom
  • Handle some end-user break/fix problems
  • Manage and report on any assigned projects
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Currently pursuing a degree in IT and/or interested in the field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience preferred, general IT knowledge
  • MS Power Platform experience very helpful
  • Familiar with computer hardware and software, technically savvy
  • Energetic, positive can-do attitude, self-motivated, takes initiative to problem solve
  • Excellent client service and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, high sense of urgency, minimal supervision needed
