Position Description:

This position provides technical support and development assistance for SharePoint, websites, programming tasks, and Microsoft 365 applications. This role works closely with end users and internal teams to troubleshoot issues, support collaboration tools, maintain web content, and assist with software and workflow improvements. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and eager to build technical skills in a professional IT environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide first-line technical support for Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and SharePoint.

Assist users with troubleshooting access, permissions, synchronization, and basic configuration issues.

Support the maintenance and organization of SharePoint sites, document libraries, lists, and pages.

Update and maintain website content, page layouts, navigation, and basic functionality.

Assist with programming and scripting tasks related to business applications, automation, or internal tools.

Set up, configure, and ship desktop and laptop computers to field personnel, ensuring equipment is properly prepared, documented, and ready for use.

Document technical processes and write how-to guides, user instructions, and other support documentation for internal users and team reference.

Test software changes, identify issues, and document results for review by senior team members.

Respond to service requests and document resolutions in a ticketing or help desk system.

Create and update user guides, knowledge base articles, and technical documentation.

Work with team members to gather requirements and support small enhancements or process improvements.
