Job Summary:
Cardinal Integrated Technologies Inc is seeking a QA Manager to lead their quality assurance team. The role involves managing processes and personnel for quality assurance testing, developing efficient methods, and coordinating with development teams to ensure a positive end user experience.
Responsibilities:
• Bug verification and resolution
• Provide technical/engineering support for new and existing applications from code delivery until implementation.
• Collaboratively work with development and software testing team to ensure timely delivery of new applications.
• Design tests cases with QA and Project manager
• Implement test cases using selenium, JS, SQL and whichever other software may be required.
• QA team leads play an active role in software testing, following the processes and procedures that they developed and testing new and updated systems for bugs and other issues.
• Manage Testing Schedules: Team coordination - QA team leads coordinate the activities of their entire department, so effective leadership, scheduling, and management skills are also vital in this role.
• Process enhancement - effective QA team leads should always seek out ways to improve processes, so familiarity with process and efficiency enhancement is helpful in this role.
• Organization skills - this role requires a high degree of organization to successfully schedule and direct QA procedures and coordinate development and testing processes.
• Communication skills - effective verbal and written communication is also important in this role as QA team leads provide reports to developers and engineers to improve software and systems.

• Experience in managing QA processes and personnel
• Ability to conduct quality assurance testing within a software development organization
• Development of effective and efficient QA methods
• Maintenance of documentation throughout the QA process
• Communication with development teams to ensure a positive end user experience
• Bug verification and resolution
• Technical/engineering support for new and existing applications from code delivery until implementation
• Collaboration with development and software testing teams for timely delivery of new applications
