iFIT's vision is to create the world's most holistic health and fitness platform, integrating all elements of health - physical fitness, mental health, nutrition and active recovery - into a seamless interactive experience. We develop proprietary software that learns and adjusts to the habits of each person as it delivers immersive content that guides them on their own individual fitness journey.
We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as a QA Software Tester in Logan, UT.
ROLE COMMITMENTS
  • Contribute to the testing and release of major software initiatives across multiple platforms, including tablet and mobile environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support global feature rollouts and region-specific releases.
  • Participate in early-stage testing of new applications and major platform updates, including internal alpha and public beta cycles.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of comprehensive test cases and test suites for new product features.
  • Help ensure timely delivery and quality assurance of evolving mobile and tablet experiences through iterative testing cycles

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design, write, and execute test plans, test cases, and test runs for moderately complex features.
  • Identify, log, and clearly communicate defects using tools like JIRA and TestRail.
  • Perform various types of testing including regression, black box, smoke, and interface testing.
  • Analyze test results, document findings, and follow through to issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with developers to isolate bugs and validate fixes.
  • Provide input on test coverage, testability of requirements, and potential risk areas.
  • Raise concerns about ambiguous or conflicting requirements and work with stakeholders to clarify them.
  • Support testing of hardware/software interactions when applicable.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Education and Basic Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in software testing or relevant QA role.
  • Demonstrated experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies and software development lifecycle.
  • Solid communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience testing hardware-integrated software or embedded systems.
