This full-time role is pivotal in helping individuals regain their mobility and enhance their overall physical performance. Our facility boasts advanced equipment and innovative practices within a spacious 5000 square foot environment, designed specifically for the comfort and rehabilitation of our patients. We primarily serve individuals with private medical insurance, allowing us to maintain a personalized and high-quality care approach tailored to each unique patient.

Work Environment

Located in the scenic Ruby Valley area, our rehabilitation facility fosters a collaborative and inclusive atmosphere. As part of a team that includes two fellow physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA), you will work alongside skilled professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional care. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments to understand the individual goals and capabilities of each patient.
  • Maintain a patient load of approximately one individual per hour to ensure focused and personalized therapy sessions.
  • Utilize your expertise to develop treatment plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques aimed at improving mobility.
  • Administer therapies that enhance patients' range of motion, and successfully reduce reliance on medications through alternative methods.
  • Design individualized fitness and wellness programs tailored specifically to each patient’s progression and goals.
  • Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, supporting them in achieving optimal functionality.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care and continuity of services.

Qualifications
