We're looking for an experienced Project Manager who is passionate about delivering luxury custom homes while building strong relationships with homeowners, architects, designers, and trade partners. What You'll Do
As Project Manager, you'll oversee luxury custom home projects from pre-construction through final completion.
Your responsibilities include:
  • Manage multiple custom home projects while maintaining schedules, budgets, and quality standards
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, architects, designers, and consultants
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners throughout construction
  • Monitor project budgets, contracts, change orders, forecasting, and milestone billing
  • Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
  • Partner with Superintendents to ensure field operations align with project goals
  • Conduct regular site visits to verify workmanship, safety, and project progress
  • Oversee project documentation, RFIs, submittals, inspections, and closeout activities
  • Identify project risks early and develop practical solutions to keep projects moving forward
What We're Looking For
  • 7+ years of experience in custom residential construction
  • At least 5 years of Project Management experience
  • Experience managing luxury custom homes preferred
  • Strong budgeting, scheduling, and financial management skills
  • Proficiency with Procore and construction management software (Procore certification is a plus)
  • Experience using Microsoft Project
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Working knowledge of Florida residential construction, permitting, and building codes
  • Valid Florida driver's license and ability to travel throughout the Sarasota area
