Project ManagerRole Description

This is a role for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of construction projects, including coordinating with subcontractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations, and managing project budgets and schedules. The Project Manager will also communicate project progress to stakeholders and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field

  • At least 5 years of experience in construction project management

  • Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations

  • Experience with project management software such as Procore
