Skillset / Experience:
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Software Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale ERP integration portfolio, with a strong focus on MuleSoft-based integrations. This role is responsible for driving execution across multiple system integrations, ensuring projects remain on schedule, risks are proactively managed, and teams are aligned for a successful enterprise ERP go-live.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Agile Delivery
  • Lead Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Own and maintain the Azure DevOps backlog, ensuring accurate work item tracking, sprint planning, and board hygiene.
  • Translate defined integration requirements into well-organized, estimable backlog items.
  • Track sprint commitments, monitor progress, and proactively adjust plans to maintain delivery timelines.

Integration Delivery
  • Drive delivery of a portfolio of MuleSoft integrations supporting an enterprise ERP implementation.
  • Coordinate with MuleSoft developers, integration leads, ERP implementation partners, QA, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
  • Remove blockers and facilitate decisions to keep integration development on schedule.
  • Manage dependencies across MuleSoft APIs, middleware, ERP systems, third-party applications, environments, and external vendors.
  • Monitor milestones, identify delivery risks, and escalate issues proactively to maintain project timelines.
  • Champion incremental, production-ready delivery while ensuring overall go-live readiness.

Stakeholder Communication
  • Serve as the primary source of truth for integration delivery status.
  • Produce executive-level reporting including sprint metrics, burndown charts, milestone tracking, RAID logs, and go-live readiness updates.
  • Communicate effectively across engineering teams, architects, business stakeholders, implementation partners, and leadership.

Risk & Release Readiness
  • Maintain and actively manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies).
  • Coordinate integration testing, defect triage, environment readiness, deployment planning, and cutover activities.
  • Ensure all integrations satisfy quality gates and are production-ready for deployment.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience managing software delivery projects involving enterprise system integrations.
  • Proven experience leading MuleSoft integration projects or managing delivery teams responsible for MuleSoft implementations.
  • Experience supporting enterprise ERP implementations or large-scale business transformation initiatives.
  • Strong proficiency with Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint planning, reporting, and Agile delivery.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise integration concepts, including:
    • MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
    • REST and SOAP APIs
    • Middleware and iPaaS solutions
    • Event-driven architecture and messaging
    • ETL and batch data integrations
    • API lifecycle and integration best practices
  • Experience managing Agile/Scrum projects within enterprise environments.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.
  • Strong experience managing project risks, dependencies, and critical paths.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or another enterprise ERP implementation.
  • Familiarity with MuleSoft CloudHub, API Manager, Anypoint Exchange, and related integration technologies.
  • Experience coordinating integrations with enterprise platforms such as Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow, UKG, Procore, or similar business applications.
  • Experience working with third-party system integrators and ERP implementation partners.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is a plus.
