Job Title: Prompt & Agentification Engineer - Master-Level Internship

Level: Master's Level Internship

Department: Software Development

Duration: 520 Hours (approximately 3 months)

Work location: Remote (with hybrid options in Toronto)

Compensation: Hourly ($32)

The Vosyn internship is unique. Remuneration is equivalent to $32.00 CAD per hour payable in common shares of the Corporation at the then fair market value. For greater clarity, NO cash in-hand (in hourly rate or salary) will be paid to the Intern. Instead, Vosyn being an AI start-up, the upside is in potential future value of said shares based on the hours worked, billed and approved.

About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and driven Prompt & Agentification Engineer Intern to join our team. This role is perfect for a Master's level student with a passion for working with data to support business and technical objectives. As a Prompt & Agentification Engineer Intern, you will work closely with our engineering team to contribute to prompt strategies and implementation within Vosyn. This immersive internship offers hands-on experience, collaboration with senior management, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. While demanding, it promises to be a rewarding complement to your academic journey, equipping you with valuable skills and insights.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, test, and refine prompts.
  • Optimize AI model outputs.
  • Evaluate the context and purpose of a prompt.
  • Identify and address ethical issues.
  • Analyze outputs to understand patterns and trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

About You:

  • Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Master's program in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. Master's program enrollment or completion is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of data concepts and analytical methods.
  • Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies (Python, Java, R, and C++).
  • Programming proficiency, including coding in Python and other languages for scripting, automation, and interacting with AI models.
  • Knowledge of various language models, such as ChatGPT-3.5, ChatGPT-4, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and others.
  • Ability to analyze data generated by language models and derive insights to improve model performance.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Workflow Automation with n8n: Ability to design, build, and manage robust automation workflows using n8n's visual interface and node-based system for AI orchestration.
  • AI Model Integration: Experience connecting and orchestrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and other AI services (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini) within n8n workflows.
  • Prompt Engineering & Management: Proficiency in structuring, passing, and managing prompts effectively within n8n workflows, including handling dynamic inputs and outputs for AI agents.
  • API & Service Integration: Capability to integrate various external APIs and services with n8n to feed data to or receive results from AI models.
  • Data Flow & Transformation: Skill in processing, transforming, and routing data within n8n workflows to optimize inputs for AI and handle outputs.
  • Debugging & Workflow Optimization: Ability to test, debug, and refine complex n8n workflows to ensure efficient and reliable AI automation.
  • Understanding of AI Agents: Conceptual or practical understanding of how n8n can be leveraged to build and manage autonomous or semi-autonomous AI agents.
