What You'll Do:
  • Develop software for embedded devices and systems from requirements through production and ongoing support.
  • Lead significant software features, integrations, and technical execution across the software development life cycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define performance requirements, interfaces, and system designs across software and hardware.
  • Support requirements analysis, design, implementation, integration, formal testing, peer reviews, defect resolution, and technical documentation.
  • Contribute to software bids and proposal responses, including inputs for customer and government requests for proposal.

What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
  • 10+ years of experience in debug & integration on prototypes & flight-like hardware through completion of FQT.
  • 10+ years of experience in Embedded C debugging /integration
  • 10+ years of experience in developing software in C, C++, Java, and Python
  • 10+ years of experience in Real-time Operating Systems: VxWorks, QNX, Linux, etc.
  • 10+ years of experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD, orchestration tools, Jira, Bitbucket, Jenkins) for infrastructure management and automation.
  • 10+ years of experience in integrating and testing embedded processing systems to the software/hardware level
  • 10+ years of experience in embedded software development using C.
  • 10+ years of experience with object-oriented software development using C++.
  • 10+ years of experience with embedded real-time software development in Linux or VxWorks environments.
  • 10+ years of experience with high-performance and multi-threaded programming.
  • 10+ years of experience in leading significant features, resolving complex technical challenges, or providing technical direction for subsystems.
