Geoforce is the world’s leading Field Asset Intelligence provider, on a mission to connect the world’s equipment.

Since 2007, we have helped organizations network the rugged, remote, mobile, and often disconnected equipment their businesses depend on. Today, Geoforce connects more than 250,000 assets across 90+ countries through purpose-built rugged devices, global cellular and satellite connectivity, and powerful cloud software.

Fleet Management solutions were built around drivers and driver workflows. Field Asset Intelligence is built around equipment. By connecting revenue-critical equipment and turning its activity into actionable intelligence, Geoforce helps customers improve utilization, efficiency, agility, and competitive advantage.

We are building and defining this category — and we want curious, confident people who are energized by the opportunity to build something different.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager – Software to help evolve Geoforce’s core Asset Management and Tracking experience. This role focuses on how assets are created, tracked, organized, monitored, and managed throughout their lifecycle.

You will work closely with Engineering, UX, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales, as well as directly with customers, to help deliver reliable, intuitive, and scalable product capabilities.

This is a hands-on, execution-oriented role for a Product Manager who is eager to grow their product management experience while contributing to a complex, customer-facing SaaS platform. You will support product discovery, define requirements, help prioritize work, and partner with cross-functional teams to move product initiatives from idea through delivery.

Success is measured by your ability to understand customer problems, translate needs into clear product requirements, support effective product delivery, and contribute to improvements in the customer experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Support the product vision, roadmap, and execution for Geoforce’s core Asset Management and Tracking capabilities

  • Partner with Engineering and UX as part of a Product Trio to discover, design, build, and deliver customer-focused solutions

  • Engage directly with customers and internal teams to understand operational workflows, pain points, and product needs

  • Translate customer needs and business goals into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

  • Help prioritize and manage the product backlog in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Design leadership

  • Support product discovery activities, including customer interviews, workflow analysis, competitive research, and solution validation

  • Work closely with Engineering throughout development to answer questions, clarify requirements, and support delivery

  • Participate in product testing and validation to ensure delivered solutions meet customer and business needs

  • Contribute to continuous improvements in usability, performance, reliability, and scalability of the tracking experience

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Customer Success to support product launches, adoption, and customer education

  • Track and analyze product metrics, usage patterns, and customer feedback to measure success and guide future improvements

  • Clearly communicate product progress, requirements, decisions, and tradeoffs to internal teams and stakeholders

  • Develop strong knowledge of Geoforce customers, products, technology, and the industries we serve

What You’ll Bring
  • 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, software delivery, or a related role

  • Experience working with software products and cross-functional teams

  • Strong curiosity and a desire to understand customer problems, workflows, and technology

  • Ability to organize information and translate ideas or customer needs into clear requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Good problem-solving skills and comfort working through ambiguity

  • Ability to manage priorities, ask thoughtful questions, and collaborate effectively with others

  • Interest in learning how software systems, APIs, data, and integrations work

  • Interest in AI and emerging technologies, including how AI can improve products, customer experiences, and internal workflows

  • A hands-on, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and take on increasing ownership over time

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

Nice to Have
  • Experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise software

  • Experience working directly with customers or end users

  • Familiarity with agile software development

  • Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar platforms

  • Experience with or exposure to AI-powered products, AI-assisted workflows, or generative AI tools

  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, reporting, analytics, IoT, telematics, or location-based products

  • Mobile product experience across iOS or Android

Why Join Geoforce

You will have direct impact on the core product experience, close collaboration with customers, and the chance to shape how our asset management and tracking capabilities evolve as the company grows.
