Founded in 2002 and based in Berlin, our tools integrate seamlessly with Microsoft Office to help users create presentations, charts, and diagrams with ease. Our dynamic, international team values creativity, collaboration, and technical excellence.
What You Will Do
The Regional Marketing Manager will drive think-cell's North America marketing efforts, shaping and executing our regional strategy. As a critical link between the global Marketing org, GTM team, and other stakeholders, you'll ensure seamless brand alignment. This is an exciting opportunity to bring creativity, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills to a role that directly impacts our growth and success.
You will be part of the Regional Marketing function within think-cell's Marketing team and work closely with cross-functional teams in a tech-driven, startup-style environment backed by an established product and funding.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own regional campaigns across North America with priority on the US market, driving business growth, brand awareness and user engagement.
  • Extract insights from product, sales and marketing teams to develop and steer our marketing strategy in the US.
  • Partner with local agencies, publications, thought leaders and influencers to promote think-cell to relevant audiences.
  • Together with other GTM teams, plan and execute an event strategy across both physical and virtual events, driving strong ROI, awareness and engagement uplift.
  • Support sales led growth through collaboration with go-to-market teams, enabling them with high-quality collateral materials through all stages of the customer journey.
  • Work closely with the internal design and content teams to deliver the highest quality creative assets.
  • Establish strong communication channels between regional sales teams and core marketing team, as well as the rest of the organization.

You will be great for this position if you have
  • 5-7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably for a software / SaaS business.
  • Experience in developing end-to-end marketing campaigns in the US market: from strategy and planning to launch and performance analysis.
  • Proven track record in effectively running one or more of the following channels: event marketing, influencers, partnerships, brand and PR.
  • Ability to effectively work with design and content counterparts to build effective creative assets.
  • A proactive, problem-solving approach with strong project management and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with campaign analysis and reporting, knowledge of Matomo and Power BI.
  • Experience working with Salesforce and SFMC.
  • Experience running influencer marketing and partnerships is a plus.
  • Experience working with think-cell, Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel is a plus.
  • Experience working with finance and consulting services is a plus.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Willingness to work in office, 3 x hybrid schedule
  • Willing to travel 15%
