Job description

The Commencement Group is looking to hire Outside Sales Interns for Spring 2026. Our spring season takes place during the months of May and June. Outside sales refers to the type of sales that take place in the field (i.e. graduations).
Qualifications:
  • Open availability during our season (specifically the first two weekends of May)
  • Valid driver's license and comfortable driving on highways
  • Provide own means of transportation to our office
  • Freshman, sophomore or junior in college preferably
  • Open to traveling for extended periods of time
  • Reliable and responsible
  • Discipline to wake up early
  • Stamina to work consecutively long days
  • Organizational skills

  • Contribute towards sales goals

Responsibilities:
  • Traveling throughout your region to sell various commemorative items at commencements
  • Utilizing sales techniques to effectively execute sales
  • Working as a team to generate revenue and hitting sales goals
  • Setting up retail kiosks at commencements
  • Organizing and maintaining inventory of products at kiosks throughout the day
  • Understanding and implementing the marketing of products
  • Maintaining our company brand and professional demeanor on-site

Financial:
