Integration DeveloperPosition Summary

We are seeking an experienced Integration Developer to join our growing technology consulting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting integrations between enterprise IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms and third-party applications, databases, cloud services, and on-premises systems.

This role requires strong software development skills, extensive systems integration experience, excellent communication abilities, and experience working directly with customers. The successful candidate will also provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members while contributing to the growth of integration services and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations between enterprise applications and third-party systems.
  • Develop API-based, database-driven, file-based, and event-driven integrations.
  • Participate in business and technical discovery sessions to gather customer requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and data synchronization issues.
  • Develop technical documentation, integration specifications, deployment guides, and support documentation.
  • Lead integration projects from design through implementation and post-production support.
  • Review technical designs and code to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of software development and systems integration experience.
  • Strong programming experience in one or more of the following:

  • Strong experience working with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and web services.
  • Experience integrating cloud-based and on-premises enterprise applications.
  • Strong SQL and relational database experience.
  • Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues across multiple systems.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact directly with business and technical stakeholders.

  • Experience with identity and access management technologies such as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), OAuth, SAML, and SCIM.
  • Experience with ETL processes, data migration, and data transformation.
  • Experience monitoring and supporting production integrations.
  • Knowledge of ITSM, Enterprise Service Management (ESM), or ITIL best practices.
