Ideal Candidate:
โ๏ธ Recent grad with a Bachelorโs degree ๐
โ๏ธ Experience or internship in a related field ๐ป
โ๏ธ Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills ๐ง ๐๏ธ๐ฃ๏ธ
โ๏ธ Preference for candidates with at least one of the following:

โข โ๏ธ Previous contact center experience
๐ ๏ธ What Youโll Do:
โข Investigate, diagnose, resolve and recover hardware/software issues ๐ฅ๏ธ๐ ๏ธ
โข Install, modify, run diagnostic programs, and repair computer hardware/peripherals and software ๐งฐ๐พ
โข Handle incoming phone calls regarding customer service inquiries ๐
โข Respond with accuracy and efficiency while meeting performance metrics ๐
โข Troubleshoot and resolve concerns while ensuring a positive experience ๐ โ๏ธโ
โข Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions ๐
