  • Locally Based: You live in Northern Virginia (ideally within the territory where your portfolio is located) to handle field work and property visits.
  • Interest in Real Estate: Whether you’re exploring a new career path or have some background in related fields (e.g., mortgage processing, project coordination), you’re eager to learn about single-family property management.

  • Hourly Rate: $18–$25/hr (commensurate with experience)
  • Performance Bonuses: Potential additional earnings based on team and NPS performance (not guaranteed).
  • Work Structure:
  • Full-Time, 40 hours/week + occasional overtime (paid at 1.5x)
  • Hybrid approach: field work, remote tasks, and regular office collaboration
  • Initial training 3 days/week in our Gainesville, VA headquarters; 2 days/week in our Alexandria office
