What does a software engineering teaching assistant do?

A Software Engineering Teaching Assistant (TA) supports instructors and students in software engineering courses. Their responsibilities typically include helping students understand course material, assisting with coding assignments, leading lab sessions or study groups, and grading assignments or exams. TAs often provide feedback and clarification on complex topics, as well as offer guidance on best practices in software development.
