Job description

Senior Software Engineer / Senior .NET Developer

C# / .NET | AWS | Greenfield Platform Build | Arkansas

We’re hiring Senior Software Engineers to join a newly formed software engineering team for a financially strong, growing US business investing heavily in technology.

This is a genuine opportunity to join early. A new Software Development Manager has recently been hired, and the business is now building out the engineering team around them.

Rather than maintaining legacy systems, you’ll help build a modern, cloud-based platform from the ground up, with long-term ambitions to evolve into a SaaS product.

What you’ll be doing

• Building scalable APIs and backend services in C# / .NET
• Solving complex technical problems across architecture, performance, and scalability
• Working on modern cloud-based systems in AWS
• Contributing to code quality, testing, and CI/CD practices
• Helping shape engineering standards within a growing team
