Job Summary
Our Software Engineers are responsible for keeping Miyou simple and making our users faster and smarter. Our challenges span many technologies, from web and mobile applications (iOS, Android) to server-side development (Java and/or Ruby). Our engineers work on small teams with people across engineering, product, and creative, building reliable, fast, responsive, and beautiful application.
Skills
  • Experience in designing and building enterprise application services using relational databases.
  • Deep understanding of Java, Objective-C, ccasional Ruby, Python, and C++.Excellent knowledge of SQL/PLSQL and relational database programming.
  • Thorough understanding of software architecture and object-oriented design
  • Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
Qualifications
  • Smart - we value aptitude more than achievement
  • Driven - most things happen bottoms-up at Ning. Figure out what needs to be done and do it.
  • Startup-ey - comfortable doing things yourself, working hard, OK with change.
