  • Direct and mentor less experienced resources, coordinating development tasks for projects ranging from small to large scope.
  • Prepare and manage the technical components of project plans.
  • Collaborate with Development, Operations, and Technology teams throughout the systems development lifecycle, from technical analysis to user acceptance testing.

Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities:

  • Direct and monitor the activities of less experienced personnel.
  • Provide guidance on project activities and performance evaluations.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Minimum of an Associate's degree and 5 years of systems analysis/application development experience; or, in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 7 years higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 5 years in systems analysis/application development.

  • Prepare and conduct VR and CC and related dependencies updates.
  • Provide ServiceNow functional and process expertise in building world class programs.
  • Familiarity with application development software and hardware platforms.
  • Proficiency with personal computers and relevant project management, word processing, and spreadsheet software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
