Description of the Position: (Purpose of the Position): 

Research Assistants will contribute to an ongoing project investigating the relationship between experiences of gratitude and inequity aversion. They will aid in literature review, programming experiments into online data collection software, executing data collection, organizing and analyzing data (depending on experience with statistics), and designing follow-up studies.
Specifically, we will test whether participants who experience higher levels of trait gratitude also report being less averse to inequity and injustice, particularly when the self is disadvantaged.

Duties and Responsibilities:
