Job Summary:
MDAEdge is looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join their team. The role involves building and maintaining cutting-edge web applications, requiring problem-solving skills and solid experience in modern technologies.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, code, configure, and test programs and systems.
• Collaborates with other stakeholders and team members.
• Contribute to a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and pair programming.
• Manage many competing priorities/requests in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3+ years of professional, practical Java experience in web application development (academic/theoretical experience only will not be considered)
• Project experience in customer-facing web application development (B2B, B2C)
• Work experience in Spring MVC Web, SpringBoot, and Spring Security OAuth 2 (must be able to showcase and discuss proven work projects)
• Microservice architecture and RESTful web services
• Experience with AWS platform and related cloud technologies (AWS certification preferred)
• Heavy emphasis on maintaining applications in a production-supported environment
• Ability to work in ServiceNow and act as a Tier-3 incident response engineer
• PostgreSQL and Continuous Integration tool configuration/operation (GitHub Actions)
• Unit Test frameworks
• Experience working in an Agile-led team environment
