Job Description
The Human Resource Manager will implement day-to-day human resource related tasks as well as serve as an advisor to company management on personnel related topics.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Ensure adherence and consistent application of statutory and company labor related policies.
  • Oversee benefits programs and enrollment of new and existing employees.
  • Facilitate and participate in recruiting and onboarding of direct and contract employees. This includes coordination of college recruiting through career fairs and university relations.
  • Oversee summer internship program.
  • Facilitate training and development planning for staff.

Job Requirements
  • BS/BA Degree in Human Resources or related business major.
  • Minimum of eight (8) years in Human Resources.
  • SHRM certification (preferred)
  • Proven experience in working across professional and field labor pools.
  • Hands-on experience in a minimum of one HR related software tool.
  • Proven ability to relate to all levels of staff within an organization.
  • Superior organizational skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in writing and verbally one-on-one or in front of large groups.
  • Ability to focus on tasks while also moving between tasks throughout the day.
  • Proven self-starter in leading and administrating HR functions.
  • Proven ability to influence favorable outcomes in stressful situations.
