  • Support Minotaur, a mission management system used across manned and unmanned surveillance aircraft
  • Build and refine new features for operational software
  • Contribute to software development lifecycle phases including design, implementation, integration, and testing
  • Collaborate with engineers and other interns on real-world projects
  • Develop solutions using machine learning, AI, signal processing, and video analytics
  • Design intuitive, user-focused graphical interfaces
  • Improve and automate simulation, test, and verification workflows
  • Create proof-of-concept prototypes for emerging technologies and future capabilities

Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • Level 4: High school diploma or equivalent and working toward a bachelor’s degree with more than 60% of required credits completed
  • Level 3: High school diploma or equivalent and working toward a bachelor’s degree with more than 40%–60% of required credits completed
  • Level 2: High school diploma or equivalent and working toward a bachelor’s degree with more than 20%–40% of required credits completed
  • Experience with software development in a Linux environment
  • Proficiency in C++, Java, or JavaScript
  • Ability to obtain security clearance
