Hybrid in Tampa, FL or Dallas, TX (*Tampa preferred)
The SDET will coordinate and execute integration and validation efforts across FICC applications and their upstream/downstream systems. The tester will collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate business cycle runs, support performance and resiliency testing, and validate readiness for client-facing environments.
They will drive automation-first testing practices, enabling scalable regression, improved test coverage, and efficient release validation.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts for regression, business cycle runs, and data validation
  • Contribute to and support automation-first strategy across E2E and integration testing
  • Identify, design, and automate repeatable E2E and integration test scenarios
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation of builds
  • Perform impact analysis and update automation suites based on system changes
  • Support execution of automated regression suites to validate releases efficiently
  • Tag and track automation coverage (e.g., automated vs non-automatable scenarios)
  • Design, create, maintain, and implement end-to-end test scenarios / cases for modernization initiatives ensuring extensive test coverage of critical business flows with all upstream & downstream touch points
  • Design, develop, Integrate, and execute automation suites of critical business end-to-end flows for reusability and quicker response to post-production issue testing
  • Understand business requirements, application functionality, release scope, and system integration specifics

Talents Needed for Success:
  • Hands on experience with test automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium, TestNG, etc. as well as CI/CD technologies (e.g. Cloudbees, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Cucumber, Git, JUnit, Jira etc.).
  • Strong experience with automated testing.
  • Proficiency in working in Java
  • Solid understanding of databases with the ability to write and optimize SQL queries.
  • Familiarity with both Agile development methodologies, and experience working in onsite/offshore coordination models.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in testing process, and functional testing
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in collaborative, team-oriented environments.
  • Good to have familiarity or experience in using Agentic AI tools and usage in testing.
  • 5 + years experience
