  • Provide technical analysis, advice, and support to customers for electric and natural gas energy efficiency projects
  • Participate in the development of program and implementation plans for energy efficiency programs
  • Review technical parameters and confirm that projects conform to engineering standards and energy codes
  • Perform energy analysis to determine energy savings
  • Provide guidance to ensure projects yield measurable energy savings
  • Conduct inspections of equipment and operations in alignment with energy savings calculations
  • Collaborate with third parties and customers for energy efficiency program implementation
  • Conduct detailed analysis of high efficiency HVAC equipment, motors, and lighting systems
  • Provide training and support services for energy efficiency team and program marketing activities
  • Support Eversource in national energy efficiency conferences and stakeholder events
Requirements
  • Baccalaureate degree in engineering
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in engineering or related technical role
  • Knowledge of building systems including HVAC equipment, air handlers, pumps, motors, and VFDs
