The Opportunity: Stafford Lawrence Ltd is exclusively headhunting an Associate Director of Cost for a permanent position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Our client is a world-class Construction Cost Consultancy at the forefront of the Middle East’s most prestigious developments.

This role is specifically for a high-calibre professional with extensive experience in Cost Plus Contracts to lead on-site teams for High-End Luxury Residential projects and Royal Palaces. This is a demanding, high-reward position requiring a six-day working week and the gravitas to manage senior-level client relationships.

Mandatory Requirements
  • Professional Status: MRICS Chartered Status is essential (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).
  • Education: A BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management from a recognized Western University (3-year study minimum).
