We're looking for a hands on Quality Assurance Software Engineer who likes asking questions, breaking things before customers can, and figuring out what happens when multiple systems have to work together.

The Basics
Location: Preference is to be by one of our offices in Swedesboro, NJ, Portland, ME or a remote option.
Job Type: Full Time, permanent
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM
Compensation: The target base pay range for this position is $90K-$110K base plus an annual bonus commensurate with the individual's experience and qualifications.

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Building automated tests with Playwright and TypeScript.
  • Testing REST APIs with Postman and automated testing frameworks.
  • Testing Salesforce functionality, including custom objects, Flows, integrations, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Creating integration and end-to-end tests across multiple systems.
  • Performing thoughtful exploratory testing that goes beyond happy-path scenarios.
  • Validating data using APIs, SQL, logs, and application interfaces.
  • Working directly with developers while features are being built-not waiting until they're finished.
  • Participating in story refinement and helping identify requirements, edge cases, and risks early.
  • Troubleshooting defects and helping determine root cause.
  • Investigating production issues when something doesn't behave as expected.
  • Expanding automated regression coverage.
  • Helping integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Looking for ways to continuously improve how our team approaches quality.

What You'll Work On
Our technology doesn't live in a single application.
You'll work across customer-facing applications, Salesforce, APIs, pharmacy technology, and other platforms that need to communicate reliably with one another.
That means we're looking for someone who thinks about the whole system.
When testing a feature, you'll ask:
What happens upstream? What happens downstream? What data is changing? What other system depends on it? What happens when something fails?
That systems-thinking approach is important to how we build quality into our products.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Hands on experience with the following Technologies:
  • REST API testing; Salesforce, Playwright, TypeScript, Postman, JSON, SQL, Git
  • Experience working with Salesforce integrations or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is especially valuable.

You don't need to know every system we use on day one. You do need to be curious, comfortable learning new technology, and willing to dig into a problem until you understand what's actually happening.
