    Job Title: Software Engineer - (ETAP Infrastructure)

    Location:Irvine, CA

    Employment Type: Full-Time

    THE ROLE

    The primary responsibility of this position is to implement and maintain software infrastructure used to support advanced electrical system modeling and virtual metering applications.

    This role includes developing enhancements and adjustments to existing systems, as well as contributing to the development and maintenance of additional applications as needed.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Design, develop, and maintain integrations between core electrical system applications and supporting systems.

    Develop and maintain interfaces that connect internal software with webbased applications.

    Build and support REST APIs for cloudbased companion applications.

    Ensure all software systems comply with cybersecurity and data protection requirements.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
    • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
    • 2+ years of professional software development experience
    • Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio
    • Proficiency in:
      • C++
      • C#
    PREFERRED SKILLS
    • Experience developing software for electrical systems
    • Strong understanding of linear algebra
    Salary Range:
    $ 74,000.00 - $123,000.00 Annual
    This pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation that the position offers, and final compensation can vary within the range depending on work location, job experience, skills, and relevant educational attainment and/or training.
