Job description

AUTOMATION COMMISSIONING ENGINEER- Paid training in Germany!
Global leader in manufacturing technology, specializing in high precision, multi-axis manufacturing systems seeks hands on technician with solid Allen-Bradley roots to join the machine commissioning and deployment team.
Dynamic, laptop heavy role, bridging the gap between physical machinery and logic:

Perform machine bring up, I/O checkout, debugging and initial commissioning.
Troubleshoot, modify and optimize PLC programming on a laptop.
Work with customers during machine buy offs and plant deployment.
Provide hands on assistance when needed- editing code, or tracking down a mechanical alignment issue.
Knowledge of Siemens a plus, but will train locally and will pay to train at HQ in Germany!

Requirements
1-5 year experience as a Controls Tech, Automation Tech, or Mechatronics Specialist.
Strong roots troubleshooting or modifying Allen-Bradley / Rockwell Automation PLCs (Studio 5000 / RSLogix)
Hands on mindset; you code but you aren't afraid to pick up a tool or check a blueprint to solve a machine problem.
Willingness to travel to Germany for paid training and on site collaboration.
