Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a CNC Machinist and become a vital part of producing precision-engineered components for a variety of industries. In this energetic role, you will operate, set up, and program CNC machines to create high-quality parts with accuracy and efficiency. Your expertise will directly contribute to our commitment to excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines (mills, lathes, or both)
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
  • Measure finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision tools
  • Perform tool changes, offsets, program edits, and troubleshooting
  • Ensure parts meet quality and tolerance specifications
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and report issues to supervision
  • Work collaboratively with team members and follow production schedules

Requirements

  • 2+ years of CNC machining experience preferred
  • Hands-on experience with CNC setup and operation
  • Strong understanding of G-code and CNC programming fundamentals
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Proficiency with precision measuring instruments
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Basic shop math skills
  • Experience with HAAS, Mazak, Fanuc, or similar CNC controls a plus
  • Manual machining experience preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with CAD/CAM software (such as SolidWorks) is a plus
  • Must be a Journeyman Welder
  • Welding and fabrication experience strongly preferred
  • Forklift experience or certification preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
