NVIDIA's invention of the GPU in 1999 sparked the growth of the PC gaming market, redefined modern computer graphics, and revolutionized parallel computing. More recently, GPU deep learning ignited modern AI - the next era of computing - with the GPU acting as the brain of computers, robots, and self-driving cars that can perceive and understand the world. What you will be doing:

  • Contribute to advancing GPU Architecture Simulators, GPU testing infrastructure and metrics.

  • Understand and model in C++ and python, features for future GPU graphics and parallel processing architectures.

  • Develop test plans and testing infrastructure.

  • Debug tests on architecture simulators.

  • Develop tools to validate performance models and verify functional models.

What we need to see:

  • Pursuing or recently completed an MS or PhD (or equivalent experience) in CS, EE, math or related discipline.

  • Strong programming ability in C, C++, and Python.

  • Deep knowledge of computer architecture and parallel programming.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience in machine learning/deep learning and/or graphics algorithms, and/or signal processing.

  • Prior architecture experience.

  • Programming in CUDA and/or DX and Vulkan.
