Job Summary:
Voltai is the leading AI company building agentic systems and frontier foundation models for semiconductor and electronics design. They are seeking a Backend Engineer to architect and develop scalable backend systems, design robust databases, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into software products.
Responsibilities:
• Architect and develop scalable backend systems to support AI-driven applications in semiconductor and electronics design
• Design and manage robust databases, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval for large-scale datasets
• Implement and optimize networking solutions, including load balancers and API gateways, to ensure high availability and low latency of backend services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including machine learning engineers and product engineers, to integrate AI capabilities into software products
• Ensure the security and integrity of backend systems, implementing best practices for data protection and compliance with industry standards
• Monitor and optimize system performance, focusing on reducing latency, improving throughput, and ensuring cost-effective operation within cloud environments
Qualifications:
