  1. Support manufacturing operations through hands-on engineering projects focused on improving safety, quality, productivity, machine performance, and process efficiency.
  2. Work closely with engineers, production teams, maintenance, and other plant functions while gaining practical experience
  3. Use of lean methodologies and DMAIC process tools to identify improvements.
  4. Identify, justify and implement recommended changes through cross functional team collaboration.
