Senior Analyst - Revenue Management
Department: Marketing & Leasing

Description
The Senior Analyst - Revenue Management leads revenue analytics, forecasting, and executive reporting while serving as the primary point of contact for ownership and investor data requests. This position is responsible for conducting advanced analysis with strong judgment, narrative development, and stakeholder communication turning complex data into clear, decision ready insights. The Senior Analyst - Revenue Management requires deep attention to data integrity, comfort operating independently, and the ability to anticipate questions from senior leaders while supporting continued automation and system scaling (RevBeds, BI platforms).
Job Responsibilities: (OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED)
Analytics & Strategic Insights

  • Evaluate property and portfolio level performance across occupancy, leasing velocity, rate growth, revenue, and seasonality to surface trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Assess competitor pricing, market conditions, and demand signals to inform revenue and pricing strategies.
  • Quantify rate growth impacts and tradeoffs between pricing and occupancy at the asset and portfolio level.
  • Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations, scenario analyses, and executive narratives that support revenue strategy decisions.
  • Partner with Revenue Management leadership to support pricing reviews and strategic planning through targeted analysis.
  • Provide insights that inform trade-offs between rate growth and occupancy across assets.

Reporting, Forecasting & Deliverables
  • Produce and distribute standardized reporting packages and projections (weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly) with variance explanations supporting Board materials, CFO reporting, and prelease cadence.
  • Lead recurring forecasting, budgeting, annual reporting, refinancing analyses, and portfolio lease up tracking.
  • Build and maintain recurring and ad hoc reporting for internal leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Support forecasting cycles by compiling data inputs, validating assumptions, identifying variances, and documenting drivers.
  • Ensure all outputs meet company standards for accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.

Stakeholder Communication & Executive Support
  • Serve as the primary analytics contact for responding to performance questions and data requests from executive leadership, private equity ownership groups, and JV partners.
  • Prepare and present executive ready materials, insights, and written narratives for Revenue Management, Marketing Portfolio Management, Finance, Operations, CFO, and Board audiences.
  • Translate complex analyses into concise, audience appropriate insights.
  • Ensure consistency, clarity, and accuracy in all external facing reporting and communications.
  • Deliver ad hoc analyses to support time‑sensitive executive and ownership decision making.

Data Management & Integrity
  • Extract, reconcile, validate, and govern data across RevBeds, PLMS, FP&A systems, and other source platforms.
  • Produce audit ready datasets and proactively identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies across systems.
  • Maintain data accuracy and alignment across reports, dashboards, and forecasting models.
  • Establish and uphold data governance practices and documentation standards to support scalability and reliability.

Pricing & Revenue Support
  • Support Directors by reviewing revenue management system outputs and identifying inconsistencies, risks, or optimization opportunities.
  • Assist in developing pricing recommendations and evaluating the effectiveness of revenue strategies.
  • Monitor market data, competitor positioning, and leasing performance to inform pricing and revenue actions.
  • Maintain Master Lease and MLA workbooks for non-open market leasing and ensure seamless integration with portfolio reporting.

Systems & Process Improvement
  • Support RevBeds and PLMS build out, enhancements, maintenance, and data integrity.
  • Drive reporting modernization by reducing manual workflows, automating recurring processes, and improving efficiency.
  • Simplify reporting structures, date management, and dashboard usability to increase visibility and scalability.
  • Recommend tools, process improvements, and infrastructure enhancements that create analytical capacity and operational scale.

Cross Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Revenue Management, Portfolio Management, Finance, and Operations teams to align assumptions, inputs, and reporting.
  • Contribute analytical support to cross functional initiatives and strategic projects.
  • Act as a go to resource for revenue performance, data, and reporting questions across the organization.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor in support of revenue strategy and organizational objectives.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue management, financial analysis, data analytics, or related analytical roles.
  • Experience working with large datasets, financial models, and reporting tools.
  • Advanced Excel skills with strong proficiency in BI and data analysis tools.
  • Experience with RevBeds or comparable revenue management systems strongly preferred, property level and master lease reporting experience a plus.
  • Proven attention to detail and a strong data governance mindset with the ability to produce audit‑ready work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience supporting Board level, CFO, and ownership reporting.
  • Demonstrated process improvement mentality with experience automating or optimizing reporting workflows.
