We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead the successful delivery of complex, enterprise-level technology initiatives. This individual will manage cross-functional teams, drive Agile project execution, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing application development projects, a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and a foundational understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of large-scale enterprise IT projects.
  • Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Manage application development projects throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, development teams, and executive leadership to define project scope, priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues while developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure Agile best practices are followed while promoting continuous process improvement.
  • Support technology initiatives involving Artificial Intelligence (AI) by coordinating project activities and communicating effectively with technical and business teams.
  • Prepare and present project status reports, executive dashboards, and stakeholder communications.
  • Utilize Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and other project management tools to manage project activities and documentation.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years of experience managing enterprise-level IT projects.
  • Proven experience leading application development projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience serving as a Scrum Master for Agile development teams.
  • Strong project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management experience.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams, and related collaboration tools.
  • Foundational understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and experience supporting AI-related initiatives or technology projects.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Experience managing digital transformation, cloud migration, or enterprise modernization initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile project management platforms.
