We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented R&D Project Manager I to join our growing team. This role focuses on supporting the delivery of software solutions within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate brings strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams, manage competing priorities, and contribute to successful project outcomes. We are particularly interested in individuals who are forward-thinking and comfortable working with emerging technologies, including AI-driven capabilities.

What You’ll Do

- Facilitate and coordinate internal and external project meetings, ensuring alignment across stakeholders

- Support the creation and execution of project plans, including scope, requirements, timelines, and milestones

- Track and manage project progress using project management tools to maintain visibility and accountability

- Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, Content Analysts) to ensure timely delivery of solutions into production

- Communicate project updates clearly and concisely to stakeholders, escalating risks or issues as needed

- Balance multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining strong time management discipline

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within projects

- Develop working knowledge of products, workflows, and customer needs within the business domain
