Our growing architecture and design firm is expanding its team and is seeking talented Architects, Intern Architects, and Architectural Designers at multiple experience levels.

We work with national clients and continue to expand our practice, creating opportunities for professionals who want more responsibility, greater involvement, and long-term career growth.

We are not looking for just one type of candidate. We have several opportunities available depending on your experience, education, technical strengths, and career goals.

  • Intern Architects / Emerging Professionals
  • Architectural Designers
  • Architects
  • Experienced Architects / Project Leaders
  • Architects interested in a Leadership / Partner-track opportunity

Professionals with approximately 0–5 years of architectural experience are encouraged to apply.

Architects with 5+ years of experience who are ready to take on greater responsibility and potentially move toward a leadership or Partner-track role may find this opportunity particularly attractive.

Architecture & Documentation

  • Construction Document production
  • Existing Conditions documentation

Technical Skills

  • Advanced AutoCAD proficiency is highly valued
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Rendering and visualization software
  • Other architectural design and production software

We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate a strong understanding of the relationship between existing conditions, client/brand standards, prototype documents, code requirements, and final Construction Documents.

The Person We're Looking For

We believe the best team members combine technical competence with a strong professional attitude.

You should be someone who:

  • Has exceptional attention to detail
  • Takes pride in the quality and accuracy of your work
  • Has a positive, can-do attitude
  • Communicates clearly and professionally
  • Understands the importance of both internal and external clients
  • Is responsive to client needs and focused on client satisfaction
  • Can manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
  • Works effectively under deadlines
  • Takes initiative rather than waiting to be directed
  • Wants to continue learning and expanding your responsibilities
  • Is interested in building a long-term career, not simply finding the next job

Education & Experience

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited program is preferred.

International education and/or professional experience is welcome when appropriately verified and valid.

Licensure is not required, although professional licensure is considered a plus.

Most openings are appropriate for candidates with 0–5 years of experience, while experienced architects with 5+ years of experience may be considered for positions involving increased project, client, team, and business responsibilities.

Why This Opportunity?

Because the firm is growing.

That means there is room to grow with it.

We are looking for professionals who want to develop their skills, assume greater responsibility, and take advantage of opportunities as they emerge.

An ambitious emerging architect or designer can build a strong technical and professional foundation here.

An experienced architect can potentially help lead projects, relationships, and the continued development of the practice.
