They are seeking an Engineering Manager, Client Solutions who will work directly with customers to help them implement Blitzy's technology, write production code, and architect solutions that transform their software development processes.
Responsibilities:
• Embed with customer teams during critical implementations, serving as their technical co-pilot
• Participate in customer sprint planning, architecture reviews, and technical decision-making
• Build custom solutions that demonstrate Blitzy's capabilities in their specific environment
• Write production-quality code to integrate Blitzy with existing enterprise systems
• Develop reusable patterns, scripts, and tools that accelerate customer adoption
• Debug complex issues spanning customer infrastructure and our platform
• Create technical demos that showcase advanced use cases
• Decompose executive vision into actionable engineering roadmaps
• Identify expansion opportunities within accounts based on technical insights
