As a Software Development Engineer (Automation & Operational Excellence) you will be responsible for;

We are hiring a Software Development Engineer focused on operational excellence. This role will drive automation of manual workflows, improve system reliability, and build robust CI/CD and testing pipelines.

  • Automate manual processes and operational workflows

  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines

  • Develop integration and end-to-end testing frameworks

  • Improve system reliability, observability, and deployment processes

  • Collaborate across teams to streamline engineering operations

  • Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions

Qualifications;

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience

  • Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)

  • Experience with integration testing and automation frameworks

  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar languages

  • Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

  • Experience using AI tools to enhance developer productivity

Salary Range: $105,000 – $135,000
