Test Strategy Development:ย Design and implement comprehensive test strategies, including functional, non-functional, regression, and performance testing.

Team Management:ย Mentor and guide the testing team members, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Collaboration:ย Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business goals, and translate them into effective testing scenarios.
