A strong emphasis is placed on strategic thinking, technical expertise, and collaborative problem‑solving. Experience with Salesforce implementations is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example in reinforcing company values and culture, inspiring confidence, and strengthening the management team.
  • Foster strong cross‑functional partnerships across Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Services.
  • Manage cross‑geography teams to deliver a world‑class GTM product experience.
  • Innovate by incorporating AI‑driven solutions to modernize GTM systems and support scalable growth.
  • Apply AI technologies to:
    • Automate seller workflows and approvals

Compensation
