Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Test Lead to join our growing team in the alternative investments sector. The ideal candidate will lead testing efforts for our investment platforms and applications, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams, including development, business analysis, and support, to define testing strategies and ensure compliance with industry standards.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Testing Initiatives: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of end-to-end testing for alternative investment products.

Test Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive test strategies, including functional, non-functional, regression, and performance testing.

Team Management: Mentor and guide the testing team members, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business goals, and translate them into effective testing scenarios.

Defect Management: Track and manage defects, ensuring timely resolution and communication with development teams; provide root cause analysis for critical issues.

Reporting: Generate detailed test reports and metrics to communicate quality status and highlight areas of risk.

Automation: Identify opportunities for automation and collaborate with automation engineers to implement automated tests where appropriate.
