Job Title: SDET Tester with ERP Supply Chain Experience Work Location: Frisco, TX or Atlanta, GA or Overland Park, KS (Hybrid from Day 1) (Need Only Locals) Duration: Long Term Contract Job Summary We are seeking hands-on Software Development Engineers in Test (SDETs) to support the Elevate program, with a strong focus on testing and automating enterprise back-office applications, including Oracle ERP and Supply Chain systems. This role is execution-focused and requires deep involvement in test design, automation development, and test execution across complex ERP and back-office workflows. Experience with telecom frontline systems is a plus; however, the primary responsibility is ensuring quality across back-office and enterprise platforms. Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for back-office ERP and enterprise applications.
  • Build and maintain automated functional and integration test suites, primarily using Tricentis Tosca or similar automation tools.
  • Perform testing across Oracle ERP / Supply Chain workflows, including:
    • Order-to-Cash
    • Procure-to-Pay
    • Finance, Inventory, and Billing integrations
  • Validate end-to-end system integrations, data flows, and downstream impacts across enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand back-office business requirements.
  • Execute test cycles, analyze results, and identify defects with clear, actionable detail.
  • Log, track, and retest defects using tools such as JIRA.
  • Design and manage test data to support complex ERP scenarios.
  • Contribute to test documentation including test cases, execution results, automation coverage, and defect reports.
  • Support continuous improvement of test assets, frameworks, and quality practices.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 3–8+ years of hands-on testing or SDET experience, depending on level.
  • Strong experience testing enterprise back-office applications, preferably Oracle ERP, Oracle Supply Chain, or similar ERP platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation tools, preferably Tricentis Tosca.
  • Solid understanding of ERP business processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Finance, Inventory).
  • Experience with integration testing and data validation across multiple systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum development environments.
  • Proficiency with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, qTest).
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Experience
  • Experience supporting or testing Oracle ERP implementations or upgrades.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution.
  • Experience with telecom frontline applications (Retail, Care, TfB) — nice to have
  • Certifications such as Tosca Certification, ISTQB, or other QA/automation credentials.
