The Customer Care Rep I is the primary interface between the customer and Zurn Elkay.

• Actively manage customer orders

• Work and interact with multiple intercompany departments

• Identify, investigate and research user questions and problems

• Assist external users of the organization's technical products or services by answering questions and solving problems involved in their use

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree or 2 years of related experience

• Experience in the plumbing industry preferred

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Knowledge of MS Office software including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook

Salary Range: The compensation range(s) identified below are a good faith estimate of the salary expected to be paid as performed from these locations. Actual salaries may vary based on a variety of factors including but not limited to skillset, experience, education and training, and other relevant business and organizational factors.Most candidates will start in the lower half of the range.
